Analisis Implementasi Islamic Corporate Governance Pada Lembaga Keuangan Mikro Syariah Berbasis Pesantren

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the implementation Islamic Corporate Governance in microfinance institutions boarding school-based namely a at BWM Almuna Berkah Mandiri Yogyakarta 2020. This used qualitative descriptive approach with Miles Huberman analysis techniques. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation. looks (ICG) on sharia compliance representation ICG principles leadership Rasulullah SAW (shiddiq, amanah, tabligh, fathanah), fair Shariah Compliance. results indicate that corporate governance Microfinance Institution Micro Waqf Bank (LKMS BWM) 2020 has not been implemented as whole. When viewed using six indicators governance, LKMS trust (trustworthiness/accountability), tabligh (delivering truth/responsibility), fairness (fairness). fully shiddiq, fathanah, shariah institutional delivering information stakeholders, terms work experience (educational level) HR expertise well auditing needed governance.
